I’m writing this letter in recommendation of Top2Bottom Renovations. We had the pleasure of working with Tony on the renovation of our basement in January 2014, and we highly recommend him, without reservation.

After hearing countless stories from family and friends about contractor nightmares and meeting with a number of sketchy contractors, I was very concerns about finding a reputable contractor to work with. A friend recommended Top2Bottom after they did her parents basement, and I couldn’t be happier.

Throughout the course of the work, Tony was a consummate professional. He made numerous recommendations in the initial planning stages for how to make best use of the space. He was accurate about the cost and timing of the project, and started working on the exact date he’d promised. He and his team arrived every day and worked diligently and carefully, moving the renovations forward according to schedule. He chose and managed the subcontractors well. The team took great care to keep our home clean and tidy during the work. Everything was done with great attention to detail and care—Tony is a craftman and takes great pride in his work.

Our new steam shower (wow!) has become my sanctuary, and the basement tv room and home gym has become a retreat the whole family enjoys.

We highly recommend Tony and Top2Bottom for any renovation projects.

Tony, from Top 2Bottom, was extremely helpful and completed the renovation
on time and on budget with very little disruption in my parents condo. The
